Responsibilities: We work with teams across the business to understand how we operate. We support workshops to gather requirements and identify improvements. We help map out current and future processes (As-Is and To-Be). We translate ideas into clear user stories and requirements. We get involved in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. We support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. We contribute ideas to improve systems and ways of working.
