Salary: £80,000–£95,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits

About the Role
Reporting into the European Sales Director, this Senior Sales Manager & Team Lead role will take ownership of Amazon and key EMEA marketplace accounts (Zalando, Next, About You, and more). With full P&L responsibility, you’ll drive sales, profitability, and channel growth, while shaping the long-term strategy for marketplace success.
This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue and brand performance, requiring strong Amazon expertise, marketplace know-how, and the ability to lead a small but ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full P&L for Amazon and EMEA marketplaces across multiple brands.
* Deliver and exceed commercial targets including sales, margin, and stock KPIs.
* Act as the senior contact for Amazon and other marketplace partners, building strong executive-level relationships.
* Develop and implement a 3-year strategy for brand growth across Amazon and major EMEA platforms.
* Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities, regions, and categories.
* Manage partner negotiations, commercial terms, and onboarding processes.
* Maximise Amazon performance across vendor, seller, hybrid and advertising models.
* Oversee listings, content, and brand presence to drive visibility and sales.
* Leverage analytics and insights to boost conversion and optimise ROI.
* Work closely with product, planning, logistics, and marketing to align strategies.
* Manage forecasting, replenishment, and aged stock via off-price partners.
* Produce clear trade updates and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
* Coach and develop a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years’ commercial experience with European online retailers, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
* Strong track record of managing Amazon accounts (essential).
* Proven success in P&L management, driving revenue, and delivering profitability.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills in marketplace growth.
* Confident negotiator and senior stakeholder manager.
* Strong cross-functional leadership, with experience managing complex projects.
* Fashion or FMCG background preferred.
* People management experience.
