About Us
Cyber Security Stack (CSS) is a fast-growing cyber innovation startup, backed by the University of Oxford and currently shortlisted for Cyber Innovation of the Year
. Our flagship project, the
Resonance Protocol (RP)
, is pioneering a new way to secure multi-layered systems and IoT environments through integrity verification and trust orchestration.
We're now building a
multi-tenant SaaS platform
that integrates data from multiple APIs, processes it, and renders insights back to users. This platform is a core part of our commercial roadmap and will underpin the delivery of RP-driven security services.
This is a rare opportunity to take a
lead role
in a ground-breaking product while working alongside a supportive team and directly shaping the company's future.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development of a SaaS platform for multi-tenant organisations
* Design and build scalable backend services (FastAPI / Flask)
* Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems
* Process and analyse data using SQL and Pandas
* Build pipelines to clean, transform and present insights to users
* Mentor and guide a junior developer supporting you full-time
* Influence architecture decisions and set best practices
* Contribute to the growth of the Resonance Protocol ecosystem
Must-Have Skills
* Strong Python expertise (5+ years)
* Proficiency with
FastAPI
and
Flask
* Solid SQL knowledge (schema design, query optimisation)
* Strong Pandas
and data analysis experience
* Proven experience building APIs and SaaS backends
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Good communication and mentoring skills
* Multi-tenant SaaS security concepts
* Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Background job frameworks (Celery, RQ)
* Monitoring, logging, observability experience

£80,000 – £110,000+
depending on experience
