HGV Technician required in Portsmouth, Hampshire!
1. Basic Salary Circa - £50,000 dependent on experience

3. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 (Flexible Start times)
4. Other Shifts available – earlies, days, lates and nights

6. Our Client a commercial Vehicle Main Dealer with over 30 years of Trading is seeking a HGV Technician for their Night Shift in their Portsmouth Branch.
7. Our client deals with a number of Haulage Businesses and Commercials enterprises, ensuring them whether they are purchasing a vehicle, or maintaining a commercial vehicle, they are providing both individual customers and large multinational companies an excellent service. The service and expertise provided by the parts team is crucial to the success of the business

Duties of a HGV Technician:
17. Carrying out vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer's procedures within standard times set.
18. Vehicle inspection
19. General servicing
20. Fault diagnosis
21. Repair of vehicle defects
22. Road test vehicles
23. MOT preparation/presentation.
24. Breakdown/roadside assistance and call out duty required.
25. Completion of all required paperwork accurately
What our Client expects of their HGV Technician:
26. Be a qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three or equivalent).
27. Have previous relevant experience gained in a similar industry.
28. Have a full driving licence.
29. Ability to use own initiative
30. Ability to work to instruction
