We are seeking a friendly, professional Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our retail centre. This front-of-house role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to departure.
Hours- Monday- Friday pm

Responsibility For Showroom Host
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Record and manage customer enquiries accurately.
Ensure no customer is left unattended in the showroom.
Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming customer areas.
Work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
Requirements For Showroom Host
Previous customer-facing or receptionist experience preferred.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
