An exciting opportunity has arisen for a and a 12-month fixed-term Salaried GP maternity cover to join a forward-thinking, technologically progressive practice across two well-established sites in leafy Thames Ditton and East Molesey. The practice combines a highly supportive multidisciplinary team with innovative systems designed to genuinely reduce GP workload, creating an environment where clinicians can focus on patient care rather than administration. Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply.

The Practice
5. Mid-sized practice with a Good CQC rating
6. PMS contract
7. Two GP Partners and an experienced Salaried GP team
8. Highly developed MDT including ANPs, Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, HCAs and Paediatric Nurses
9. Extensive use of technology including AI-supported triage systems
10. Strong focus on reducing GP admin workload
11. Supportive and sociable team culture with regular coffee meetings

Your role
14. Salaried GP or 12-month FTC Salaried GP maternity cover
15. Between 4-10 sessions available with flexibility for job share arrangements
16. 15-minute appointments throughout
17. 25 patients per day split between routine and long-term condition reviews
18. Built-in admin time every session
19. Minimal home visits, largely covered by the Paramedic team
20. Duty Doctor rota approximately once weekly
21. Flexible start times to accommodate family commitments
22. Opportunity to develop leadership or specialist clinical interests
23. You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
Salary and Benefits
24. £11,000 – £12,500 per session depending on experience
