Arcus is proud of our dedicated cleaning teams, and we’re now looking for a part-time Office Cleaner to join us on a permanent basis in Sheffield. Hours: Friday: 17:00 – 21:00 & Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00 With Flexibility - Weekly Hours: 8 - Pay: £12.60 per hour.

As an Arcus cleaner, you’ll help keep our customers’ offices clean, safe, and welcoming—making sure every space looks its best, carpet cleaning experience is a bonus.
What You'll Be Doing


Duties will consist of but are not limited to:

1. Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
2. Carpet cleaning
3. Empty bins/clean fridges
4. Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
5. Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
6. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
7. Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
8. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
9. Follow proper cleaning and health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
10. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

What We're Looking For

11. Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning (preferred but not required as on the job training will be provided).
12. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
13. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
14. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
15. Good time management and reliability.
16. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc).

Other Factors

17. Indoor office environment.
18. May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts depending on office hours.
19. Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals (training provided).
20. Uniform provided

Benefits include:

28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

Auto Enrolment pension at statutory minimum contribution levels of 5% employee and 3% employer.

£5k life assurance fixed sum
