Are you a Structural Engineer with experience in modular or offsite construction?
Would you like to take a leading role in the structural delivery of innovative modular projects across the UK & Ireland?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national modular contractor at their Northern Ireland office, where you'll be part of an established technical team working on high-profile framework projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
As a Structural Engineer you will:
Design structural systems for modular projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
Carry out structural analysis to ensure strength, stability, and compliance under a range of conditions.
Produce accurate technical drawings, calculations, and design documentation using industry-standard software.
Undertake site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve structural issues.
Ensure all designs comply with Eurocodes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project plans.
Provide technical guidance during planning and construction phases to support project delivery.We would welcome conversations with Structural Engineers who:
Are Chartered with IStructE or ICE (essential)
Have proven experience in modular, offsite, or new build structural design
Possess strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Building Regulations, and structural software
Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
