Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Centre Assistant, located on-site in Edinburgh. The Business Centre Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling customer service interactions, and supporting business operations. Daily tasks include managing communication with clients and stakeholders, maintaining records and documentation, and assisting with data entry and analysis. The role also involves coordinating meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation of the business center, and addressing any operational issues that arise.

* Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business operations
* Excellent Communication skills and aptitude for Customer Service
* Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
* Prior experience in the hospitality or property development industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
