Job Description:

The Role
You will act as a trusted advisor across the business, handling a broad range of complex commercial and contractual matters, including:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value contracts such as supply agreements, customer contracts, and international engineering/manufacturing agreements.
* Supporting the full contract lifecycle – from RFP through to contract award and execution.
* Collaborating closely with Commercial and Procurement teams to enhance strategic relationships with partners and suppliers.
* Developing and rolling out legal, contract management, and compliance policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* UK qualified solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE.
* Significant in-house commercial experience, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
* Strong understanding of international trade, intellectual property, and product design/manufacturing contracts.
* Commercially astute, pragmatic, and proactive in your approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships and influence at all levels.
