What will you be doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant?
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant is dynamic and varied. You'll spend your days:
* Networking with CFOs and CEOs, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Using white paper reports and market insights to offer unique solutions to clients.
* Interviewing high-calibre candidates and assessing their suitability for senior roles.
* Project managing C-suite job searches, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
* Attending networking events to build relationships and expand your market presence.
* Developing a pipeline of future business using social selling and strategic outreach.
* Negotiating offers and closing deals that change careers and businesses.
* Collaborating with our sister consultancy business Protiviti to deliver innovative solutions to complex client challenges.
