Responsibilities
* Design and develop flow control products (valves, actuators, manifolds)
* Perform detailed engineering analyses (calculations, test plans, qualification plans) for performance and reliability
* Review external validation data (FEA, CFD, physical test results)
* Ensure compliance with industry and government standards for quality and safety
* Manage end‑to‑end engineering process from concept through manufacture, assembly, and test
* Create prototypes and oversee functional and environmental testing
* Generate engineering documentation, including calculations, plans, and technical instructions

* Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
* Strong knowledge of fluid control systems and products (valves, manifolds, actuators)
* Experience creating calculations and design/product validation
* Familiarity with engineering/quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, 5Y)
* Customer interaction experience (specification interpretation, design reviews)
* Membership with an Engineering Institution (IMechE, IET, etc.) desirable
