Responsibilities
* Harnessing data analytics and automation to deliver smarter solutions that drive transparency and compliance
* Using the latest digital tools and AI to streamline reporting, manage compliance, and optimise planning
* Collaborating across teams and with clients to co-create tech-powered solutions
What We Are Looking For

Requirements
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
* An obtained or predicted honours degree
* Effective communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal communication, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Confidence using digital tools and a passion for leveraging tech productivity and collaboration
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
Please note, RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
The start date for this role is on 22 September 2026. Start dates are mandatory due to internal and professional training upon joining the firm.
