Your Role In this Customer Service role, you support all selling functions across different industries. You are responsible for processing customer orders from start to finish – including order entry, invoicing, and subsequent follow-up – ensuring a smooth and reliable service experience. Key tasks: Support internal and external Account Managers across all product lines Enter orders accurately and ensure correct invoicing Follow up on orders, payments, and any open issues Daily interaction with customers as part of regular tasks, including clarifications and follow-up. Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Logistics Important notice: This position is not a remote role and is offered as a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
