Role Overview
Weāre hiring an Ecommerce & Marketplace Lead to own our D2C Shopify site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Youāll bring a technical and analytical backbone to the on-site experience, operations, and channel growthāfrom UX/CRO and merchandising to media and inventory health. Youāll work hand-in-hand with the Digital Marketing Manager (Growth) on traffic, landing pages and attribution, and with Operations on forecasting, fulfilment and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
š D2C (Shopify) Ownership & CRO
* Manage day-to-day account and site operations.
* Manage product listings, PDP optimisation, categorisation, pricing, stock status, and merchandising.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on on-site advertising placements, campaign landing pages, and CRO tests.
* Partner with the wider marketing team to align on creative/content needs for campaigns, PDPs, and subscription flows.
* Ensure operational excellenceāsite uptime, order fulfilment, returns/refund processes, and payment integrations.
* Implement growth strategies to improve CR, subscriptions, AOV, etc.
šļø Amazon (Seller Central) Management
* Lead account management and operations in partnership with an Amazon agency.
* Oversee catalogue health, listings optimisation, A+ Content, Brand Store updates, and backend keyword strategy.
* Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to set and refine Amazon Ads strategy (sponsored products/brands/display/video) for efficiency and growth.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align PDP visuals, videos, and copy with brand guidelines.
* Monitor performance, inventory health, replenishment schedules, ranking, chargebacks, and Buy Box stability.
š„ TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
* Lead account management and operations in partnership with a TikTok agency.
* Optimise product catalogue, ensure policy compliance, and optimise for conversion.
* Coordinate with creators and the Content team to produce high-performing shoppable assets and live shopping events.
* Track operational metrics such as fulfilment, return rates, and refund reasons.
āļø Operations, Trading & Readiness
* Partner with Ops on demand forecasting, replenishment and launch readiness (assets, pricing, inventory).
* Define pricing/promo guardrails, variant strategy and channel-specific bundles; protect contribution margin.
š Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration
* Build and maintain dashboards across D2C/Amazon/TikTok Shop (conversion, AOV, funnel health, share of voice, Buy Box, reviews).
* Run test-and-learn roadmaps (PDP elements, merchandising, badges, content formats) and present clear actions.
* Collaborate with Digital Marketing on landing pages, UTM hygiene, SEO for PDPs, and retail media alignment; brief Content on required PDP assets (video, imagery, FAQs).
Requirements
Must-Haves
* 6+ years in e-commerce/marketplace management with measurable D2C and Amazon growth.
* Strong technical aptitude: Shopify admin, GA4, tag/pixel hygiene, feed management, and basic troubleshooting.
* Amazon Seller Central proficiency (listings/A+ Content, Brand Store, PPC, FBA/FBM operations and compliance).
* Expert in analytics, forecasting and profitability (SKU-level margin, fees, shipping, returns).
* Excellent cross-functional communication, project management and stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience launching/optimising TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channels.
* Experience with subscriptions/loyalty and additional marketplaces (eBay) or retail.com partners.
