Psychology Graduate – Teaching Assistant — Location: Wigan; Pay: Up to £100 per day; Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible.
A friendly primary school in Wigan is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for pupils and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist children individually and in small groups to enhance learning.
* Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to maintain consistent support.
* Encourage confidence, independence, and participation in school life.

Requirements
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Degree in Psychology (or related subject).

* Any experience with children is welcomed, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
