Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified

Overview
TeacherActive is working with several nursery settings across Harlow and is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Nursery Practitioners to support growing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support children’s learning and development through engaging play‑based activities.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
* Observe and monitor children’s progress and wellbeing.
* Support children’s personal care routines while promoting independence.
* Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, clean, and stimulating.
* Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
* Promote inclusion, equality and diversity within the setting.
* Work effectively as part of a team to support the daily running of the nursery.
* Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all children and families.
Requirements
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
