We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us connect with local businesses. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to break into sales, grow their communication skills, and gain real experience in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to business owners and setting up appointments for our sales team to present our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 40–80 cold calls per day to local businesses.
* Engage decision-makers and briefly explain the value of our services. This is a B2B modality.
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Keep track of call activity and appointment details using our internal tools.
* Stay motivated to meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
* Prior experience in sales and cold calling.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
* Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections.
* Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
* Able to work independently and follow a structured calling process.
* Competitive base salary plus commissions.
* Ability to work remotely.
