Job Description
I am looking for an Project Manager to join my client, a Bristol-based biotech developing next-gen IVDs for bloodstream infections.
What you'll be doing?
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver key biotech projects on time and within budget. You’ll create and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers, while ensuring smooth communication and reporting to stakeholders. You’ll run project meetings, manage resources and budgets, and resolve issues to keep progress on track. Working closely with teams across science, engineering, and operations, you’ll help streamline workflows and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What they are looking for?
They are looking for an organised and proactive project manager with at least 5 years’ experience in biotechnology or life sciences. You have strong communication skills, technical literacy, and a solid understanding of regulated product development. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to change. Ideally, you hold a degree in a relevant field and a project management certification. Experience in diagnostics or medical devices, and knowledge of grant reporting or OKRs, is a bonus.
