Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage special events that cultivate and steward individual supporters, corporate partners, trusts, and graduates to drive future fundraising growth.
* Lead the programming and operational delivery of an annual programme of events supporting strategic priorities, including income generation, public programmes, industry connections, graduate and student engagement, and royal patronage events.
* Collaborate with Development colleagues to help deliver the new multi‑year fundraising campaign strategy.
* Engage confidently and professionally with senior creative people internally and externally, and work at both strategic and operational levels.
Qualifications
* Experienced fundraising events professional with a track record of success in complex event planning and fundraising.
* Strong relational and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including creative leaders and corporate partners.
* Ability to work both strategically and operationally, supporting the wider fundraising initiative.
* Team‑orientated mindset, skilled at collaborating with colleagues across the Development team.
