Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Social Worker to join their great Commissioning Review Team with a Pay rate up to £32 per hour on a locum basis.

Ensure placements meet assessed needs, quality standards, and remain cost-effective
Conduct reviews across commissioned services, focusing on outcomes, safeguarding, service user voice, and value for money
Lead strengths-based reviews in line with Care Act principles under Senior Practitioner guidance
Update and implement outcome-focused support plans, promoting independence and effective delivery
Monitor commissioned services against contractual standards, quality, and outcomes
Support commissioning delivery plans and contribute to ongoing market development within key service areas
