The Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Account Manager to join our Basingstoke team.
You will be responsible for developing and maximising existing client opportunities and help to build lasting client relationships, and helping companies meet their driver and logistics staffing needs.
There is no cold calling with this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Making outbound warm calls to existing clients which are Transport, FMCG, and Logistics companies.
* Attending client service visits with the Sales and Branch Manager.
* Understanding client driver requirements and providing tailored staffing solutions.
* Working closely with the recruitment team to help fill bookings efficiently.
* Monitoring client satisfaction, performance, and margins.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
* Experienced in B2B Account Management or Customer Service (recruitment, logistics or service sector preferred)
* Confident and professional on the phone
* Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
* A strong communicator who builds rapport easily
* Commercially aware and organised
* Must be a car owner and hold a full UK driving licence
* Happy to work in a small team.
Previous experience in recruitment or Transport/Warehouse operations is an advantage, but not essential.
