As our
Building Services Manager
, you will play a crucial role in our Mechanical, Electrical, and Technology team. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various structures. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Lead the design process for all building services, ensuring MEP systems are integrated and perform optimally. Plan, organize, and oversee building services projects, delivering them on time and within budget. Manage and mentor a talented team of engineers and designers, fostering effective communication with clients, architects, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards while promoting sustainable design solutions. Identify and resolve technical challenges during design and construction phases. Provide strategic direction to grow the team and maintain high staff utilization. What We're Looking For
This role is perfect for you if: You are a
Chartered Engineer
and a member of CIBSE or IET, with a degree in Mechanical Building Services or Electrical Engineering. You have significant experience and a proven track record in your discipline, including knowledge of industry-standard design software like Cymap, Amtech, NBS, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
