Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Fledgelings Day Nursery. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our mission by providing exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years, ensuring their emotional wellbeing and development.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Support children's emotional wellbeing and social skills through positive interactions.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of nursery practice.
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
* Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
* Experience working with under 2's in a nursery setting is desired but not essential.
* Strong understanding of child development principles and EYFS framework.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Passion for nurturing children's growth and learning.
Fledgelings Day Nurseries is family owned, with 4 sites across the Havering area, providing high quality experiences and education for all the children in our care.
