The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
Seeking a proactive and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 2–19 with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism and associated complex needs. You will work closely with class teachers and therapists to support learning in small groups and within whole-class settings, adapting resources to meet individual needs and contributing towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves promoting communication, independence and positive behaviour within a structured and nurturing learning environment.
