Senior Project Manager Fixed-Term Contract until 31st December 2026 Locations: Bristol, Norwich, Glasgow and Manchester (Hybrid working with 50% in the office) Starting Salary: c.£60,000 - c.£70,000 (depending on location, skills and experience) This is a great job for someone who enjoys being at the heart of change and thrives on bringing people together to deliver meaningful outcomes. A bit about the job: You'll join a collaborative, outcomes-focused project management community, delivering initiatives that enhance how Aviva works for customers and colleagues. The role exists to design, plan and drive delivery of projects or programmes across their full lifecycle-ensuring solutions land smoothly into operations and deliver real value. You'll manage governance, risks, communication, resourcing and stakeholder engagement, while helping teams adopt new solutions effectively. Your work directly enables safer, high-quality change that improves experiences, performance and operational resilience. Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong experience leading projects or programmes, including scope, timelines, risks, costs and delivery governance. Confident stakeholder management with the ability to build inclusive relationships, influence and challenge at all levels. Experience supporting change adoption, handover to operations and ensuring solutions deliver expected benefits. Ability to lead cross-functional or matrix teams and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
