The Role The Marketing Manager will shape the firm’s voice and messaging, translating complex investment strategies into clear, engaging content. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital, thought leadership, and employer brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support fundraising initiatives across private credit and asset management products Lead content strategy and production: articles, thought leadership, deal case studies, and digital assets Manage LinkedIn, website, and other digital channels to raise brand visibility Ensure consistent messaging across all communications, aligned with regulatory requirements Support fundraising, investor relations, and deal origination through professional, compliant content Promote the firm’s culture and employer brand to attract top talent Candidate Profile 5 years’ marketing/communications experience in financial services, ideally private credit or asset management Strong writing/editing skills; able to communicate complex investment concepts clearly Experience with digital channels, analytics, and content creation tools Knowledge of institutional investor audiences and compliance frameworks (FCA experience preferred) Self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Application If this role aligns with your experience, please apply.
