Job snapshot: As Email Marketing Coordinator for Wonde, you will be pivotal in planning, creating, and delivering communications across a broad range of audiences, including schools, third-party applications, multi-academy trusts, and key partners. Your work will drive awareness, engagement, and support, ensuring seamless communication internally and externally. What you’ll be doing: Design and implement structured email communication sequences tailored to different customer groups, with the goal of driving meaningful engagement and action. Continuously refining email lists and audience segments to improve message accuracy and increase engagement. Manage a dynamic communications calendar that highlights key opportunities, accounts for overlapping messages, and aligns with seasonal rhythms like school holidays. Supporting marketing and product adoption goals through a mix of creative campaigns, transactional emails, event-specific messages, and ongoing engagement initiatives. Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely communications on behalf of internal stakeholders, including event sequences, product nurture flows, onboarding messages, and ad hoc campaigns. Lead onboarding communications for new and existing third-party applications and their associated schools, collaborating closely with Account Managers to deliver a smooth and consistent experience. Coordinating with Customer Support and Development Support teams to ensure alignment and awareness around upcoming communications. Monitoring and analysing communication performance metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders, and recommending optimisations to enhance impact. Maintaining and improving internal processes to keep communication practices efficient, effective, and up-to-date. Using CRM tools to manage customer data, segment audiences, and deliver targeted, relevant messages. Championing precision and operational excellence at every stage of the communication process. Requirements What we’re hoping you’ll bring: Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or customer-facing coordination role. Good knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Marketing Cloud/SalesForce). Outstanding attention to detail; a love for lists, organisation, and accuracy. Process-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and communication performance. Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments. Proactive, self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience working within the education sector or SaaS/tech companies (desirable).
