Job Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality across all manufacturing processes. Working closely with production teams, you'll drive root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure that customer and industry standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading quality improvement initiatives and analysing non‑conformance data.
* Overseeing First Article Inspection (FAI) and Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) processes.
* Conducting internal audits and maintaining compliance with ISO and BS EN standards.
* Managing non‑conforming materials and supporting continuous improvement projects.
* Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues effectively.
* Supporting inspection teams and ensuring training and compliance records are up to date.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a quality engineering or similar manufacturing role.
* Strong analytical, investigative and communication skills.
* Competence in interpreting technical drawings and using inspection tools.
* Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, BS EN 1090, BS EN 15085, or BS EN 3834.
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
