In this role you will be responsible for coordinating Water Hygiene visits to sites across the UK. We are looking for an ambitious and efficient individual to join our friendly team and help us maintain client satisfaction.
Previous experience working with field-based engineers is preferred.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will include
* Organizing and booking engineer visits
* Managing engineers' calendars, ensuring the working time regulations are met.
* Compiling engineers' holidays ensuring that an adequate workforce is always present.
* Creating digital engineer job packs for site service/ remedials visits.
* Analysing data of completed works and raising remedial quotations where required.
* Liaising with subcontractors where required.
* Raising PO's, SOs and proformas using the Business Central System.
* Hiring of site-specific equipment where required.
* Invoicing completed service/remedial works using the Business Central System.
* Creating site Schematics using Visio software where required.
* Filing completed service reports & managing archiving of previous reports.
* Receiving Sample Certificates from the laboratory and issuing to the client.
* Quoting for revisits in the event of a positive result from the laboratory
* Liaising with the Contract Manager and client to overcome any issues and ensure smooth running of the contract.
Required skills:
* Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and use of Microsoft Word and overall IT Literacy.
* Confident Email directly to FM's and site contacts as well as conducting phone conversations.
* Strong administration skills are a prerequisite; however, job specific training will be provided for the successful candidate.
