Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a vacancy for a full-time Credit Controller for the Private Patient Services based at the Unipart Building in Cowley. The Private Patient Finance team is based at Unipart House in Cowley. The work pattern involves 3 days per week in the office, at Unipart and other trust sites, with an option to work 2 days from home.
The post holder will lead and manage the team responsible for debt and cash collection, playing a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the Commercial Directorate by ensuring efficient debt collection and managing outstanding accounts.
You will work closely with self-paying private patients, insurers, other debt agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure income is received promptly and all financial transactions are accurately processed in line with NHS policies.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, knowledgeable about the private practice business, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, and able to work efficiently.
