The Opportunity
This is a hands-on growth and coordination role, perfect for someone who is highly organised and commercially driven, with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
You'll play a pivotal part in both behind-the-scenes operations and front-facing sales and community initiatives, supporting the delivery of transformational coaching programmes and events while actively helping to grow our client base and reach.

As the business grows, you'll have the chance to step into a more senior role, taking ownership of partnerships, events, and sales strategy.
Core Responsibilities
* 1. Sales & Growth Support
* Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
* Manage outreach to warm leads, following up via email, DM, and calls.
* Track sales pipelines and create simple reports to measure growth.
* Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with aligned brands and communities.
* Support in filling spaces for group programmes, retreats, and events.
* Be a confident first point of contact for enquiries, reflecting the brand with warmth and professionalism.
* 2. Administrative & Operational Support
* Manage scheduling and diary coordination for team activities and events.
* Organise files, documents, and systems to keep operations running smoothly.
* Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events and retreats.
* General office admin, including data entry and reporting.
* 3. Programme Delivery Assistance
* Provide admin support during the launch and delivery of online programmes.
* Coordinate participant communications using pre-prepared templates and systems.
* Track participant sign-ups and manage reporting spreadsheets.
* Help with the setup and logistics of retreats and in-person events.
* 4. Marketing & Community Building
* Schedule and post
pre-prepared content
on social media.
* Assist with basic newsletter formatting and email campaigns.
* Conduct research into podcasts, events, and potential collaboration opportunities.
* Collect and organise testimonials, client stories, and feedback for marketing use.
* Support the growth of our online community through thoughtful engagement and connection.
