Job Summary
The Timetabling and Student Data Officer supports teaching staff with student enrolments, class timetables and registers at Heart of Yorkshire Education Group.
Location
Based at Wakefield College; may be required to work at Castleford and Selby Colleges. Car user desirable.
Pay and Hours
Salary: £26,967 to £28,609 per annum (subject to skills and experience). Hours: 37 hours per week; 52 weeks per year.

Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate student records on ProSolution.
* Support teaching staff to provide timetables and accurate attendance registers.
* Process enrolments and room bookings.
Qualifications
Must hold GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths 9‑4 (grade C or above) plus an Advanced Level Qualification. An IT qualification or ability to work with Excel is desirable.
