The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* £27k base with an increase to £32k once promoted to consultant
* Promotion is target based and usually hit within 6 months

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. As this is a sales-based role, you will be selling your expertise and advice to both client and candidate, proving and convincing to them that you are one to work with
2. Acting as the middleman between client and candidate, you will guide the candidate through the interview process, communicating with the client throughout as well
3. You will be sourcing your client and candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the database of CVs
