What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and supporting a designated commercial client portfolio
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships
* Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and queries with confidence
* Working closely with insurers and internal teams to secure the best outcomes
* Delivering an exceptional client experience every single day

What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
* Exposure to a varied commercial lines book
* Working knowledge of Acturis
* Confident communicator - on the phone and face to face
* Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
* A team player with resilience and a positive mindset
* High levels of integrity and professionalism
