Warehouse Operative – Coleshill (£14.00 per hour)
Temp to Perm | Set night shift | Immediate Starts Available | New Site Launch | Working with beauty, clothing & household products.
1. Basic hourly rate: £14.00 per hour
2. Overtime: £21.00 per hour (time and a half) for hours worked over 37.5 per week.
Are you ready to be part of something big? A brand-new, high-volume distribution site in Coleshill is ramping up operations, and we’re looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join the team from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading logistics company, fulfilling orders for one of the fastest-growing online retail platforms in the UK. With major investment in this site and continued growth ahead, there’s real potential for long-term progression and career development.
Location: Coleshill
Please note: due to limited public transport, own transport is essential or you must live locally.
Working Hours:
This is a 7-day operation
3. 10pm - 6am
4. 5 working days per week (including weekends)
5. Required to be available 5 out of 7 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Accurately picking and packing customer orders
7. Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
8. General warehouse duties and housekeeping
9. Packing customer orders to a high standard.
10. Ensuring all packed items and sorted and sent to customers officially.
11. Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For:
12. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
13. Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends (on a rota basis)
14. Picking & packing experience preferred
15. Motivated and ambitious.
16. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
17. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
