Job Description:
Description: We are searching for an engaging, focused, and proactive individual to support our Energy Transition growth across Europe. The candidate should develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chemical, Petrochemical, LNG, and Refinery companies, aligning with strategy and sales targets.
Functional responsibilities include:
1. Developing and achieving regional sales plans and budgets.
2. Researching and analyzing business opportunities aligned with strategic plans.
3. Achieving the regional sales quota.
4. Evaluating projects through financial and market analysis.
5. Ensuring compliance with KBR’s sales systems and processes.
6. Managing sales operations including forecasting and pipeline management.
7. Supporting strategic business development and competitor analysis.
8. Managing bid activities, opportunities, and client relationships at senior levels.
9. Leading and improving the business development process.
10. Developing tactical plans for strategic objectives.
11. Collaborating across business units for opportunities.
12. Position ideally based in Western Europe.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience.
* Deep knowledge of the Refining, Petrochemical, Energy Transition, and Process industries in Europe.
* Experience selling to Upstream and Downstream Hydrocarbon or Sustainable Technology Industries.
* Proven sales leadership and influence skills.
* Leadership, negotiation, communication, and social skills at senior levels.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Experience managing opportunities from identification to contract signing.
* Travel up to 50% for client meetings.
