Many students require personalised learning approaches, structured routines and high levels of adult support to help them develop academically, socially and emotionally. The environment is supportive, nurturing and focused on promoting independence, dignity and respect for every learner.

Contributing to a safe, structured and engaging learning environment

This role requires patience, emotional resilience and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people who may experience communication barriers, anxiety or behavioural challenges.

A flexible and proactive approach

What We Offer

A supportive and experienced specialist team

A safeguarding course provided

A highly rewarding role where you can make a meaningful and lasting impact
