This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard across the UK.
What you’ll be doing

* Coordinate across sites, suppliers, and stakeholders, translating operational challenges into practical, actionable solutions
* Maintain a pipeline of initiatives to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
* Manage budgets, timelines, and expectations while overcoming operational and technical challenges
* Ensure smooth handover to operational teams so solutions run reliably after implementation
* Travel across the UK as required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement
