SALARY: £29,718 per annum — Weekly pay planned from October 2025
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05:00-14:30
Working every third Saturday

We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK. No previous experience required!
This role also includes transportation to the site from Banbury and Witney. Holiday starting at 28 days per year, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and handle baked goods e.g. Cookies, Bread, Cakes and Crackers.
* Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
* Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
