* Preparing paperwork for completed orders
* Arranging transport and liaising with couriers
* Providing updates and support to customers via phone and email

Sales Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in sales administration or order processing
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
* Comfortable with data entry and working with internal systems
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a structured and process-led environment
