Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer — Position Overview The successful Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad client base while contributing to the continued growth of a key department within the firm. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer * Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. * Advising on landlord and tenant matters and complex commercial agreements. * Providing clear, commercially focused advice in plain English. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives. * Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer * Circa 2 years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights. * Strong experience across commercial property transactions. * Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant law. * Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. * A commercially aware, team-focused approach.
