Responsibilities include:

• Support in the development of your career

Entry Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a
5-star or luxury hospitality environment

·
Strong expertise in bar operations, including
stock control, cocktail curation and the development of seasonal drinks menus

·
In-depth knowledge of premium wines, whiskies

·
Hands-on experience in leading à la carte
restaurant service, with the confidence and capability to oversee a smooth and
refined dinner operation at The Dunstane Restaurant & Bar in the evenings

• Strong leadership skills and
