We’re supporting a rapidly scaling advanced engineering and manufacturing business in Belfast as they look to appoint a Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Operations function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated engineering or manufacturing environments and enjoys balancing operational delivery, compliance, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with global suppliers, customers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure critical materials and shipments move compliantly, efficiently, and on time.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership across a broad logistics function including:
• Managing global inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinating freight and logistics providers
• Supporting import/export compliance and HMRC procedures
• Negotiating cost-effective shipment methods
• Monitoring production schedules and coordinating collections
• Supporting invoice reconciliation and supplier relationships
• Maintaining logistics KPIs and documentation accuracy
• Supporting continuous improvement across logistics operations
This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to operations, solving problems quickly, and working in an environment where priorities move fast and accountability matters.
What They’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience within logistics, supply chain, or materials coordination
• Experience operating within global logistics environments
• Strong understanding of import/export compliance procedures
• Experience working within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, marine, automotive, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience within transformational, scaling, or fast-growth businesses would be highly advantageous.
