Cleaner
to join our team at the Tewkesbury Head Office. This is an essential role in ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our production facility, offices, public areas, and staff facilities. Your work will directly support our commitment to food safety, compliance, and employee wellbeing.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning of factory, offices, public areas, toilets, restrooms and canteen
Responsible for consumables (soap, sterilant, PPE) and replenishment
Washing, sorting and storing of company personnel workwear
Stock control and accurate logging of workwear and PPE issued to employees
Report and communicate issues promptly, following company procedures
Comply with Health & Safety and strict food hygiene standards
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by your Supervisor or Manager
About You
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to work varying shift patterns
Organised, reliable and able to work to tight deadlines
Experience in cleaning roles with high hygiene standards

Experience in a food production or dairy environment
desirable
Important Notes
This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards
Due to food hygiene regulations only one plain wedding band is permitted
no earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, or strong perfumes/deodorants in production areas
Reliable transport to the Tewkesbury site is essential as public transport may not align with shifts
