Salesforce Programme Director - ContractMy Global software/SAAS client is looking for a Sales Programme Director to come onboard to Lead a new programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Salesforce best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.Skills & Experience You MUST have Implemented Sales Cloud & CPQ ideally in a Software/SAAS businessProven track record of success in Salesforce programme management, with a multiple years of experience.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Consultant) are highly desirable.
