Position: Registered Home Manager (Residential – Elderly Service)
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Bonus Scheme
We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Registered Home Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable care provider known for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults.
As the Registered Home Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operational and financial running of the home. This role follows the planned departure of the current Home Manager and offers a chance to make a real impact during a time of growth and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager in a residential or nursing care setting
2. A strong background in elderly care, ideally with knowledge of dementia and age-related conditions
3. Demonstrated success in leading teams, improving care standards, and achieving compliance
