Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Location: Liverpool/Birmingham/Newport, UK (Hybrid)
Role overview:
* As a Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of all Salesforce administration activities across both production and test environments.
* You will serve as the primary point of contact for system configuration, deployments, data quality, and user support.
* In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage releases, maintain system integrity, and continuously improve Salesforce processes and performance.
1. Key Accountabilities:
* Own all Salesforce administration across production and test environments.
* Act as deployment manager for all releases and changes.
* Plan and run releases using Gearset.
* Attend daily sprint calls and backlog refinement sessions, when needed.
* Maintain data quality and deduplicate records using PLauti.
* Configure fields, automations, page layouts, and permissions.
* Monitor security, access, backups, and compliance needs.
* Provide daily support and resolve issues for colleagues.
* Work with teams to gather needs and improve processes.
* Document changes and keep clear records of decisions.
Essential Skills:
* You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce
* You will manage Salesforce and related tools.
* You will act as deployment manager for releases.
* You will manage hotfix deployments, guiding them through the Request for Change (RFC) process all the way to production release.
* You will attend daily sprint calls and backlog sessions, when required.
* You will support colleagues day to day.
