You’ll work closely with all departments and report to the Community, Participation & Volunteering Manager.Click here for more information about this locationAs our Community Engagement Co-ordinator, you’ll put people at the heart of everything we do. You’ll build strong trusted relationships, partnerships and networks, understanding and responding to the needs of local communities. You’ll develop our community partners programme, exploring new opportunities for collaboration and participation both on and off site.Using data and insight, you will continually evolve your understanding of community needs and advocate for them. We’re looking for someone to join us at Wentworth Castle Gardens who is enthusiastic about removing barriers and meeting the needs of people not currently able to access nature and heritage. If you’re a connector and love linking people both on and off site, championing collaborative ways of working, then we’d love to hear from you.This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Due to this, there will be some flexibility to your working patterns which will include evening and weekend working. You will also be on the duty manager rota for the site.Wentworth Castle Gardens, Stainborough, Barnsley, S75 3ENCompliance.Eligibility to Work in the UK13.74 per hour
