Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate teaching to support a range of learning needs and abilities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
* Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote pupil wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a UK school environment (ECTs welcome)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate, adaptable, and committed to professional development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
